Growing up every time I would leave the house, my mom would always say to me and my siblings… “Be good or be good at it!” A few years later, popular song artist and rapper Lil Wayne came out with a hit song and one of the lyrics was the phrase “be good or be good at it.” We always used to joke that Lil Wayne quoted my mom which is why this piece is named after her, “Sharon Says.” "
